My Health Online (MHOL)

My Health Online is a secure online service from NHS Wales, available to All Patients aged 16 or over, for you to view some of the information in your GP Health Record at any time of the day or night and without having to travel to or phone the Practice

Features available at this GP Practice to My Health Online users are:

• Request and view repeat medication

Order your medication via My Health Online, and you can also check the date of when you last ordered

• Amend personal contact details

You can update your e-mail address and your telephone number on My Health Online

• View your Summary Care Record

You can view your Allergies and Medications (Recent Acute, Repeat Prescriptions and your discontinued items) on My Health Online.
