New Patients

How to Register

We have an open list and welcome requests for registration from patients moving into the Practice area.

You can register by attending the surgery with your NHS medical card, or by completing a form available from reception. We ask that you kindly bring with you proof of identity and address when you attend the surgery to register.

If you prefer to see a particular doctor or nurse, please let reception know so we can add this to your records.

All new patients must undertake a health check with a practice nurse.
